This policy covers jobquenda.com, which is operated by JobQuenda in Wodonga, Victoria. JobQuenda lists home-based part-time roles and passes applications to the businesses that offer them; the business, not JobQuenda, is the employer. You can write to JobQuenda at careers@jobquenda.com. JobQuenda follows the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Two kinds reach JobQuenda. One is what you type into the JobQuenda form: name, mobile, email, the role you picked and any optional note, with the required fields marked. Second, the WhatsApp message you send the JobQuenda HR team, which shows your WhatsApp display name, your number and whatever you wrote. If you email JobQuenda, we also receive your email address and message.
Like every website, jobquenda.com receives basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, the page you came from and timestamps. These records are kept by JobQuenda's hosting provider for security and reliability, and JobQuenda does not match them to any application.
Required fields are needed so JobQuenda can reach you and forward your application. Leaving an optional field blank has no effect on how JobQuenda treats your application.
Do not share passwords, SMS verification codes, card or bank account numbers, tax file numbers or images of ID with JobQuenda. JobQuenda has no use for them, will not request them and removes them if they are sent anyway.
JobQuenda uses your details to respond to you, share role information, forward your application to the relevant employer, answer your questions, keep a record of what was discussed, deal with complaints or misuse and meet legal obligations.
No, JobQuenda does not. JobQuenda never sells or rents personal information, and applying does not add you to any marketing list. If a different employer might suit you better, JobQuenda will ask first and share nothing for that purpose unless you agree.
Only the people at JobQuenda who handle applications, plus the employer behind your chosen role. JobQuenda names the employer and explains what will be shared before any introduction is made.
jobquenda.com is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which also forwards emails addressed to JobQuenda. The typefaces on the JobQuenda site come from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches them from Google. Messages with JobQuenda HR travel through WhatsApp, a Meta service. Each of these providers applies its own policy, separate from JobQuenda's. JobQuenda will list any new provider here, for example a form builder or ad tag, before switching it on.
JobQuenda discloses information to authorities only when legally required, or when legally permitted and reasonably needed to look into misuse or protect the rights of a person.
Applying to JobQuenda has two steps: the form, then a WhatsApp message to HR. Our button only opens WhatsApp with suggested text to the JobQuenda HR number shown in the chat header. Nothing goes to JobQuenda until you press Send yourself. No WhatsApp? Write to careers@jobquenda.com and JobQuenda will arrange another option.
jobquenda.com does not use advertising or analytics cookies. JobQuenda's host may set one strictly necessary security cookie to keep automated abuse out. Blocking or deleting cookies will not stop the JobQuenda site from working.
Not at present at JobQuenda. As of the date above, jobquenda.com has no advertising tags, remarketing or analytics installed. If that changes, JobQuenda will first update this section with the provider's name, what it receives and your choices. Names, phone numbers and emails are never put into JobQuenda tracking events or links.
Some of JobQuenda's providers, such as Cloudflare, Google and WhatsApp, process data outside Australia, including in the United States. JobQuenda applies the Australian Privacy Principles to these disclosures, and you can ask careers@jobquenda.com for more information.
JobQuenda keeps application records for no more than twelve months after the last genuine contact about a role, then deletes them. Ask and JobQuenda will delete earlier; records are kept longer only if required by law or an open dispute. JobQuenda's hosting logs are normally cleared within 30 days.
jobquenda.com uses HTTPS, and only the people handling applications can open them. No system is perfect, so if a breach is likely to cause you serious harm, JobQuenda will notify you under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Not in every case at JobQuenda. An employer or WhatsApp may keep its own copy, which JobQuenda does not control. JobQuenda will tell you who to contact.
You may ask JobQuenda at careers@jobquenda.com for a copy of your information, a correction, deletion or withdrawal of your application. JobQuenda may need to confirm who you are, will try to respond within 30 days and will give reasons if a request is refused. If JobQuenda has already introduced you to an employer, that introduction cannot be reversed.
Let JobQuenda know and your record will be updated.
JobQuenda does not use automated decision-making. At JobQuenda a person reviews each application, and the final say on hiring belongs to the employer.
JobQuenda roles are intended for adults. Information about a child that reaches JobQuenda will be deleted.
Write to careers@jobquenda.com explaining your concern. JobQuenda will look into it and respond in writing, and if you remain dissatisfied, a person at JobQuenda with no earlier involvement will review the matter afresh.
Knowing the role lets JobQuenda send you the right training link and pass your application to the correct employer. If you are unsure, you can say so in your WhatsApp message and JobQuenda HR will explain the options before anything is shared. You can change your choice at any time before an introduction is made, simply by messaging HR or emailing careers@jobquenda.com.
JobQuenda keeps the chat so HR can see what was already discussed and avoid asking you twice. Only the JobQuenda staff who handle applications read those messages. You can ask JobQuenda to delete the conversation from its side at any time, although your own copy and WhatsApp's records are managed by you and by WhatsApp. JobQuenda never forwards your chat to marketing companies.
It is fine to change your mind after applying to JobQuenda. Tell JobQuenda HR on WhatsApp or write to careers@jobquenda.com, and JobQuenda will end contact about roles, make no new introductions and remove your information as described under retention, except anything JobQuenda is legally obliged to keep.
The information JobQuenda holds comes from you, so a quick check before submitting helps. Where something seems incorrect, JobQuenda HR will ask you about it instead of changing it on assumption, and corrections can always be sent through WhatsApp or to careers@jobquenda.com.
JobQuenda may, yes. Updates are posted here with a new date, and if they affect information JobQuenda already holds, you will be told first where the law requires.
